Historic hotel with beautiful common areas and friendly staff. Parking is super expensive, try to find nearby garages instead. Happy hour at the bar is a fun experience. it was decent but could use some updates.

Historic hotel with stunning architecture and a great cocktail lounge. Parking is really expensive at over $50 a day. The happy hour specials at the Gallery Bar are a nice touch. Don't expect updated facilities; some areas need a lot of renovations.

The Biltmore Los Angeles boasts breathtaking architecture and rich Hollywood history, making it a captivating stay. The friendly staff enhanced my experience, and I was pleased to receive my deposit back promptly. The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions while enjoying a touch of nostalgia.

The movie set made for an interesting backdrop during my stay. The staff was friendly and the history of the place is fascinating with beautiful designs.
But the taxi ride out was a total rip off!

I absolutely loved the beautiful entrance and lobby! The indoor heated pool was perfect for relaxation. The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shopping.
Would definitely recommend! 🥰✨

Impressive architecture and a beautiful lobby set a high expectation. The location is convenient, placing you near several eateries and attractions. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar offered a delightful atmosphere. the service is lacking. Long waits at reception and an incomplete room setup made for a frustrating experience. Insufficient towels, a dirty room, and non-functional A/C didn't help either. Beds are cramped, contradicting accommodation claims. A nod to history is present, but it feels overshadowed by service gaps. This hotel has potential, but it needs a serious focus on management and hygiene. Would recommend for the ambiance, but don't expect flawless service.

The room was cozy, with comfortable bedding providing a nice rest. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space pleasant. the size felt cramped for four guests, especially with only a single hand soap provided. Noise levels were a concern; street sounds and shouting disrupted sleep often through the night. The bathroom exhibited signs of wear and wasn’t as clean as expected. The decor carried hints of grandeur, yet some areas were disheveled. While I appreciated the authentic charm, modern upgrades would enhance the overall experience significantly.

Huge room with an awesome full-length mirror for outfit photos. Loved the heated pool! Staff was friendly, but I did encounter some attitude at check-in that felt unfair. The architecture and history are stunning, though I wished I could’ve explored the ballrooms. Lifts felt outdated, and there’s a bit of a homelessness issue nearby, which was unsettling. Paid a hefty parking fee, and encountered some plumbing quirks. great comforts overshadowed by a few frustrating experiences. Would recommend staying, just be prepared for a few bumps along the way.

The hotel's incredible accessibility makes it easy to enjoy Los Angeles, with Hollywood Blvd and many other attractions just a metro ride away, plus I loved how close the iconic Walt Disney Concert Hall and the bustling LA Fashion District are, being only about 1 km or less from my room; the convenient subway station is just a few steps away, and there are also plenty of lovely eateries like Pitchoun and La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill, which are just a short walk away for delicious meals. The hotel itself has spacious rooms and friendly staff, but it could use some updates in the bathroom facilities.

Kids can play safely in the spacious indoor area with lots of toys and games! !
It wasn’t cheap, but still okay for what we got.

Finding parking was a nightmare. They said we had a spot reserved, but we rolled in and heard “good luck” from the attendant. It was tightly packed, and if another car hadn’t left, we’d be scrambling for hours!

This hotel offers an incredible base for walking around downtown as you can easily stroll to numerous eateries like La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill or CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice within just a few steps while being conveniently close to superb cultural spots like the Walt Disney Concert Hall which is under a kilometer away and the Grammy Museum which is a short 1.5 kilometers away giving you the chance to soak in the vibrant city life little did I know that I could simply walk to the iconic OUE Skyspace LA in less than five minutes yet the hotel could improve by having more attentive staff as check-in felt rushed with limited information provided about what amenities were available.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with grand colonial decor and fantastic facilities including various restaurants and a wellness club. Situated in downtown, it is conveniently located near freeways and attractions, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
There were issues with the room's temperature control and maintenance, causing discomfort. Some guests experienced unpleasant smells in non-smoking rooms and difficulties with A/C settings.

We partied in the regal lobby, chilled at the interesting pool, and explored downtown LA on foot – so convenient! The staff was chill too!
Wish they had a rooftop party scene for us young folks to vibe with music, drinks, and neon lights – would have been epic! .

Had an amazing Christmas stay in a beautifully restored hotel with original details. The rooms were elegantly styled with comfy beds and high, quality linens. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and offers a touch of glamour from a bygone era.
Despite the elegant restoration, the self, parking situation was tedious and time, consuming, with narrow, old structures and a lack of assistance with luggage. the check, in process was lengthy and the promise of room upgrades did not meet expectations.

The live music there was a hit with the kids, and the relaxed vibes made for a perfect family outing. The park's green spaces were a nice change of scenery from the city hustle.
My wife says that a children's play area would have been a delightful addition for families.

I felt like a movie star among the stunning decor and luxurious amenities. The Cognac Room's martini truly hit the spot.
Homeless hotspot, what an exclusive urban experience! .

We had a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, especially for getting those pesky wrinkles out of our clothes before heading out. The heating in the room worked well, keeping us cozy during the chilly evenings. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a bit finicky and didn't cool the room as effectively as we would have liked. We were delighted to find tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. The sitting area was comfortable, and we enjoyed lounging there after a long day of exploring the city. the lack of a dining table was a bit inconvenient when we wanted to enjoy a meal in the room. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, although we found them to be of average quality. The AM/FM alarm clock was handy for waking up on time for our activities. The flat-screen TV offered a good selection of channels for some entertainment. One thing that bothered us was the carpeted floor, which seemed a bit worn and could have been cleaner. The dry cleaning service was slow, and we had to follow up multiple times to get our clothes back in time. Housekeeping was also a bit inconsistent, with some days being better than others in terms of cleanliness. We didn't get to experience the laundry service, but it's good to know it was available if needed. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. we did take advantage of the happy hour specials at the bar, which was a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

we 1st got to biltmore and it was hair in the bed and in the bathroom. we called and they changed the room immediately! and gave us the presidential room! so it was bad at all it was a overall great stay in the heart of la. beautiful decor, lovely buffet breakfast, great location, well maintained common areas. great experience to live in a hotel where oscars have been held and hollywood stars have stayed.
Nothing to be said 😊

During our Grammy Weekend Adventure in Los Angeles, we were delighted by our stay at a magnificent hotel in the heart of downtown LA. The Biltmore effortlessly blended elegance and modernity, transporting us to a bygone era while providing all the amenities we needed. The 24-hour reception and helpful staff ensured we received a warm welcome, and the free Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The convenient luggage storage gave us the freedom to explore the city before our later flight. We were captivated by the classical lobby, filled with historical photos that painted a vivid picture of the hotel's rich past. Its prime location near the financial district made it a breeze to access attractions, malls, and restaurants within walking distance. The subway station just a short 4-minute walk away allowed for easy exploration of the city. Despite being an old building, the hotel maintained cleanliness and provided a safe environment for both adults and children. It even boasted a picturesque outdoor swimming pool, offering a refreshing retreat on warm LA days.
The hotel could benefit from room renovations to improve the overall experience.

the biltmore was clean and close to the disney hall - dorothy chandler pavilion, and music center. also, it's near the grand central market. great water pressure in the showers and got a discount due to labor strike noise.

Our recent stay at Biltmore was enjoyable, but we encountered some disappointments. We were looking forward to a relaxing bath, but unfortunately, the bathtub water came back up with an unpleasant color. Despite this setback, the historic charm of the hotel was a unique experience that we appreciated. I'd recommend this hotel for its ambiance and amenities.
